Evropska komisija bo zakonodajni predlog za uvedbo skupnega potrdila oziroma “digitalnega zelenega potnega lista” o cepljenju proti okužbi z novim koronavirusom predstavila še ta mesec, je na Twitterju napovedala predsednica komisije Ursula von der Leyen.
